29bd9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 29bd9 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

29bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time and without prior notice. The version published on this page at the time of your activity constitutes the binding version. It is your responsibility to review these T&C regularly.

2Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 29bd9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this restriction is a material breach of these T&C.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Use of the platform by corporate entities, agents, or third parties on behalf of a registered user is prohibited.
• You must not be a 29bd9 employee, contractor, director, officer, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

29bd9 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 29bd9 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same IP address, same device, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 29bd9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and withhold any associated balances or bonus credits.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• 29bd9 will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

29bd9 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where it determines that a user has violated these T&C, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a financial or reputational risk to the platform.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 29bd9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are set by the specific payment method selected and are displayed in the cashier section. 29bd9 does not charge fees on standard BDT transactions, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 29bd9 account holder. 29bd9 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request is submitted, processing typically occurs within 1 to 3 hours for bKash and Nagad and within 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements and network availability. 29bd9 shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5Bonuses & Promotions

29bd9 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback, and other incentive programmes. All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• 29bd9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through coordinated wagering, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
• Maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active may be restricted. These restrictions are stated in each individual bonus offer.

Bonuses credited in error must be reported to the 29bd9 support team immediately. Any winnings generated from an erroneously credited bonus may be voided.

6Betting Rules & Void Bets

All sports betting and casino wagers placed on 29bd9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed interruption that results in an incorrectly offered market or odds, 29bd9 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the stake to the player's account.

• Bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets) will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) do not constitute valid markets. 29bd9 reserves the right to correct or void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Where a cricket, football, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered after commencement, specific void bet rules applicable to that sport will apply. These are available in the relevant sport-specific rules section on 29bd9.

Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account are applied at the sole discretion of 29bd9 and may vary by sport, market type, and player tier. Where a payout cap applies, 29bd9 will notify the affected player and settle the bet at the capped amount.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bd9 platform and constitute a material breach of these T&C: using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform; engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime; using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event; using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

Where 29bd9 identifies or reasonably suspects that a user has engaged in any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold any balance or bonus credits, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

8Responsible Gaming

29bd9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help users manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your 29bd9 account.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months. Contact the 29bd9 support team to activate self-exclusion.

9Intellectual Property

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29bd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 29bd9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or current.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by consumer protection legislation, 29bd9's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under such legislation. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by 29bd9's negligence.

11Privacy & Data Protection

29bd9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of this website. 29bd9 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest.

12Account Termination & Suspension

You may close your 29bd9 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

29bd9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account has been used in breach of these T&C, that the account holder has provided false information, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or account matter, you should first contact the 29bd9 customer support team. 29bd9 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be escalated through formal channels as set out in the applicable dispute resolution framework. 29bd9 does not accept jurisdiction in any forum that has not been mutually agreed upon in writing.
